First, if the sales person or company uses the word “Guarantee” or “Delete”, Run and don’t look back! There is no way to “Guarantee” that ANYTHING will be removed from the credit report! Recently my parents had their old reel to reel converted to VHS. I just the news release that the Seattle Mariners signed Ichiro to contract extension worth $100 million dollars. I am not sure how you arrive at a fair market value for a particular position in baseball, but $100 million dollars. Now don’t get me wrong Ichiro is a great baseball player and this was evident by his performance in the 2007 All-Star game. But they are paying some one a lot of money that only hits the ball 3 out 10 times at the plate. If you or I were only 30% productive at work we may not have a job. I guess I should have stuck with baseball when I was a kid.
