Herbal Remedies

Many people today are turning to new medical remedies since our western medicine does not always have the best uses, and often has terrible side-affects.  People also are trying much harder to eat a healthy diet and organic foods, since it is obvious that the pesticides put on fruits and vegetables are not only poisonous to the insects which they are supposed to be repelling, but also to humans.

Using multivitamins are also a great way to keep yourself healthy.  However, did you know that taking pills only give you something like 10% of what you actually need?  That is why taking a liquid which has multivitamins is much more effective.  A liquid can be easily absorbed by your digestive system, unlike a pill, which needs to be broken down, and then the toxins which are used (such as glue which helps to hold the pill together), need to be broken down and disposed of.  This all takes much energy.  In other words, You just used up vitamins to get vitamins when you take a pill.  Taking a liquid, saves you all this energy usage, and gets directly absorbed into your bloodstream.

Finding a liquid multivitamin might not be easy to do, especially one which has all the multivitamins together in one liquid.  But, finding them separately might be a bit easier.  For example, you could find a supplement for Vitamin D3 called Bio D-Mulsion which is a liquid vitamin.

One of the new things in herbal medicine is the discovery that oregano oil is a great way to fight off infections.  Oregano oil is also great for promoting digestive health.  So, whenever you are sick, you might want to pick up some oregano oil.

Multitasking: A Necessity

Using computers makes multitasking a requirement.  Those of you who use computers regularly, know exactly what I am talking about.

Right now, as I write this, I have about 9 windows open, all for just the internet.  Does this sound like you?  However, it is not just computers which force themselves into our lives any more.  What about cell phones, and iPhones?  Beepers used to be an annoyance too, but not many people have them anymore.  Cell phones have pretty much replaced the beepers.

What is the purpose of having all of these devices?  Is it really good to be multitasking so much like this?  We have really forgotten how to “Smell the roses” and find pleasure in life.  I’m not talking about taking a vacation!  I’m talking about doing the simple things in life and being happy doing them.

For example, when is the last time you were happy about doing the dishes, or doing the laundry?  Most people find these things a chore to do, but honestly I love doing them when I do, and take great care in doing them, do you?  This is what I am talking about when I say “smell the roses”.  Take pride in what you do, care about what you do, even the small things.  If nothing else, it will take your mind away from the usual busy, hectic schedule you normally keep.
