Plus, today’s home sellers know that other sellers have lost money selling with no-money down. They’ve heard the stories where home sellers didn’t get paid and had to foreclose on a property. They’ve heard the stories where the investor-buyer rented the house to tenants who trashed the property. They’ve heard the stories where the investor-buyer collected the rent and didn’t pay the home seller.

To get started building wealth in real estate today:

1. Get your credit ready for mortgage financing. (Mortgage credit differs from consumer credit.)

2. Buy right. Don’t overpay for deals that sound too good to be true. These schemes are too good to be true!

Consumer Generated Media (CGM) is poised to have a new re-emergence into the market. From what we can tell,Pay Per Post(PPP), will be announcing some big news around this media content. Along with, possible partners, MSN ads. We are not sure what this will entail, but our guess that with the PPP a big demand for consumer blogs that write about advertisers and their brands.

Some examples of CGM would include blog entries, consumer email feedback, message board posts, forum comments, websites, and consumer generated email. The great thing about CGM is that it leaves a digital and can really help a Large company or even a small upstart create Brand equity.

It is December and the shopping craze is on. I am currently in New York City and the amount of people here standing in lines to get the latest gadgets and goodies is crazy. I was thinking why aren’t these people shopping online and getting better deals and less hassles with the crowds.Using online coupon codes from their favorite merchants I am sure would be great draw for most Americans.

Like the deals where you can use BestBuy coupon codes to get free shipping on all TVs $499 and over. So now you can shop and compare and get free shipping on your HDTV purchase. Plus BestBuy offers in store returns in case there are any issues with your purchase. So sit back, grab a nice cup of coffee, and let the clicking begin. Plus there are tons of online games that you can purchase that various stores that can also be played with the popular systems.

Purchasing domain names

Can you really purchase a domain name that is ranked in Google, has a high PR rank of 5 or greater for less than $100. We are setting out to see and have been bidding on eBay to identify domain names for sale. So far, we have had no luck. It appears that ever since www.hell.com went up on the auction block, there is a renewed interest in highly visible domain names. The actual www.business.com, name was purchased back in 1995 for around $85 and was sold a year ago for $1.75 million dollars. That’s a good investment.

Making your own video

We just recently became aware of a new site called FlipTrack. They are an online company that provides the tools and software necessary to take your photos and add music and special effects to create some great content. What’s different about FlipTrack is that provide the soundtracks and special effects to let you creat your own masterpiece. You can then embed the link into your blog or website to entertain your friends or customers. “Putting your Life to Music” is their tag line and it is true.

So how is Fliptrack different than the other video sharing services? Our answer to that would be that they are a not a video upload service like YouTube, but actually capitalize on the millions of us who have several Gigs of photos on our hard drive and have no idea what to do with them. By providing a service that allows you to synchronize music to your photos without having to go out and purchase the software could catch on. You have nothing to loose by checking them out as they are in their early stages and the service is free.

So you want to read my blog

Blogs have emerged as a new tool in the word of mouth and consumer generated media frontier. Finding blogs is now common place as almost every company has started a blog to help inform their customers as well as to help promote some new service or product. Even the political candidates have gotten into the blogging business after the results that Howard Dean showed with his grassroots efforts. He showed that by using the web his campaign was able to mobilize large groups on a moments notice to get out and rally for their candidate. They used blogs to get out information about Mr. Dean and other candidates to help or highlight a shortcoming.

The use of blogs has morphed from the friendly blogger posting about their day at work or their most recent date to big business. PayPerPost is one such company that has helped to shift how bloggers can promote their blog and also make some additional revenue to support their development. We have been blogging for  customers for several months and the results have been amazing. Not only do we get compensated for our opinions and reviews but the fresh content has helped to propel our blog to amazing traffic over the past three months.  This will serve two purposes: It give you’s our readers a chance to test the system and get paid for blogging about this article and we get some additional links and exposure to our site and brand. So check out the button below and give it a shot. You have nothing to loose and whole lot of exposure and traffic to gain.

In my opinion this is a great way to enhance your customer experience and create some new ways to increase exposure of our blog. The affiliate opportunity is easy to implement in our blogs and makes it even easier for our readers to become engaged and even earn some dollars for posting about our content. This is a win-win for both

Over 80% of business products or services are found through search engines. This process can be quite a challenge if you are trying to do this internally with your own resources. Finding expert SEO companies can be just as challenging.

Langtech.net has worked with small to medium sized companies to help them develop and implement optimization strategies. They also offer support and development for your IT infrastructure. They can help you in  the design phase of your website and provide guidance on how to make more visible to search engines. Why do we blog?

Some of blog for the love of writing. Some create blogs to keep friends and family members updated on the latest happenings. Since basically , they are very similar to WebPages, that for the most part are hosted for free at various sites.

We used to keep a blog specifically for members at our traffic exchanges. This was easier than having to mass email some, as Spam filters were becoming more strict. This way our members could check out the latest specials and not miss anything, because one of our communications were sent to the junk mail.

Some blog for money, as you may notice on some of these posts. Some of the blogs on this site are actually supported by advertisers. They ask us to look at their products and give a fair write up on the good and sometimes the bad. We get to choose which companies we write about.

We recently joined a new CPA (Cost Per Action) site called Revenueloop. We wrote about them last week, and now have some experience with their company. They truly have some great offers, and I actually spoke to someone live, and they helped to provide some key insights on which keywords to use, and what opportunities are getting the best response. Thanks RevenueLoop, and looking forward to a great partnership.
